- - - Vault-Tec WINAMP - - - =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- - a skin for WinAmp 2.5+ - General: ~~~~~~~~ I was inspired by the best RPG ever - Fallout 1 & 2. Vault-Tec corporation developes all necessary items for vault-dwellers (such as Garden of Eden Creation Kits, Water Chips, Eye-protective sun glasses etc.) Jesus, WHY??? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There can be found several Fallout-based skins on internet. I have downloaded 3 of them but haven't been fully satisfied with their quality so that I decided to make my own Vault-Tec one using the best elements (but certainly not all of them) from those other skins (with their authors' permission). Now I can say that this one is the smoothest and provides the greatest pleasure while watching this 'pixe-perfect' work. Some special occasion? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Yes. The translation of original Fallout2 into the Czech languague. This project was led by Somnambulus and the Team consisted of almost 20 translators, programmers and graphic designers. It has taken almost 1 year of hard work but many Czech gamers can appreciate it. This skin should be a special bonus for all those who are going to download this languague pack for F2. Build time: ~~~~~~~~~~~ 2 weeks (5 hours a day!) Now I'm almost blind from all those pixels and bits and pixels and bits and pixels... just pixels and bits 8-| Anything new? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Many people wanted me to remove that white Vault-tec and WINAMP sign. So now it is done. I hope everyone is satisfied. Special thanks: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * Mr. Jaden (jaden@ufl.ed) for permission to modify some of his original Fallout-skin elements. * Mr. Gerko (gerko2077@hotmail.com) for permission to use his cursors from PipBoy 2000 skin; particular playlist design idea. * Mr. Timp (timp@chat.ru) for inspiration. * Interplay (Mutants for Mutants :) http://www.interplay.com * Black Isle team - http://www.fallout2.com * No Mutants Allowed site - http://fallout.gamestats.com * Adobe Systems, Inc.
